Mark Cairns
As a founding partner at EDEV, Mark has thrived in facilitating the marriage between the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has continued to gain a reputation as a dependable, innovative, and forward-thinking developer who focuses on the demands of today while keeping an eye on the evolving future of the industry. Currently, Mark is specializing in transit-focused purpose-built rentals across various asset classes.
Paul Golini
Paul is a highly respected industry veteran with over 30 years experience. As Founding partner of Empire Communities and General Partner/Co-Developer with EDEV, Paul is deeply invested in the Canadian real estate market. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto Region Board of Trade, and advises on many other boards both commercial and philanthropic interests.
Vanessa Flint
With extensive international experience in business development, strategy, finance and accounting, property development, and design, Vanessa has a proven track record across a variety of industries. She holds a Professional Diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design School in London, UK, and is a registered CPA with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
Jason Levitt
As Vice President of Development, Jason oversees EDEV’s Canadian self-storage joint venture portfolio. Since joining the company, he has managed the construction of $100M+ self-storage projects, creatively managing complex capital requirements and tight schedules for each new build. Jason is also responsible for the development of EDEV’s custom underwriting models for Purpose Built Rental, Condominium, and Self Storage projects.
Ivan Ivanov
Ivan has 10 years of experience in the construction industry. In that time, he has worked on a variety of projects ranging from custom homes to large subdivisions. As a project manager at EDEV, Ivan oversees and manages construction projects from their inception to completion.
John Levitt
John Levitt joined EDEV in 2005 having already established himself in the Canadian real estate development sector over a 40-year career. As a Partner at EDEV, John is responsible for sourcing and overseeing unique development and joint venture opportunities. Prior to joining EDEV, John was a member of the senior management team of O&Y Properties Corporation overseeing their acquisitions and development programs, which grew from $250 million to over $2 billion within eight years.
